What happens after I place my order?
Once your order has been received we will begin processing your order. Depending on item availability, your item will either be made to order or shipped within 24-48 business hours.
How long will it take to receive my order once it’s shipped?
For shipments inside the USA it usually takes between 2 and 4 business days .
For international shipments is usually takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on the country.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you’ll be notified by email and receive tracking information.
Will all the items in my order ship individually or all in one package?
Normally all items in one order will be shipped together. But, if pat of the order contains items we have on-hand, please contact customer service and we will get those items outs to you as quickly as we can.
What happens if my order is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping?
All shipments are insured through the shipping carrier. If any items are lost, stolen or damaged, the customer should notify DTLA Fine Jewelry by emailing email@example.com or by phone (213) 226-5577.
At that time we will open a case with the shipping carrier and will respond within 30 days.

Yes, we offer an online cash for gold program. Simply request a free gold pack from here. Your items will be appraised and paid out within 24 hours or can be applied toward a new purchase.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping to all US customers. For international customers we offer a flat rate of just $47 per order.

What determines the price of a diamond?
A diamond’s value is determined by its carat weight, color, cut and clarity.
What is the difference between solid gold and gold plated items?
Soldid gold- the gold piece has the same percentage of gold throughout the piece.
Gold plate – a none gold item can be dipped into gold to have the same appearance, however only the very thin layer of the surface contains gold.
What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver, which consist of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.
What is the purity of your silver?
We only offer .925 grade silver (sterling silver).
What colored gemstones are considered precious?
Rubies, sapphires and emeralds are precious gemstones. All other gemstones are referred to as semi-precious.
Do all rings come in the same size or are there different sizes available?
